Our team return to Rwanda this month, to visit our community projects & visit our tea & coffee farmers. Our Caffe Praego beans & Pfunda Tea are proving very successful, with customers praising the quality & taste. By sourcing direct from the plantations we can ensure that not only do we get superb quality but through our additional funding we are helping both their communities as well as the local orphanages we support. Emmanuel Ngerageze commented:

Following expansion & an increase in their workforce, the Middlesex Group upgraded their refreshment service with all new vending machines with built in shop fitting. The work force are very impressed with the new Caffe Praego & Pfunda tea drinks & the fact that Hallmark source & work with the communities. One staff member commented:

Two new high quality vending machines have been installed by Hallmark to complement their existing refreshment services at the Chelsea F.C. Academy & training ground. The new machines are rented direct with Hallmark & used by players, coaches, staff & the academy. Hallmark also supplies high quality Bean to Cup machines, in the players & staff restaurant, as well as Chelsea’s Foundation buildings.
Following intensive trials, Hallmark were asked to provide Heinekens new Head Office in London, with two very high quality Bean to Cup coffee & Fresh brew tea machines, as well as snack, cold drink & water machines. The emphasis was on supplying a “Coffee Shop” high quality drink & service so Caffe Praego beans & Pfunda Tea were used & dispensed in paper & china cups, using semi skimmed milk powders to provide superb speciality drinks. Hallmark have supplied Heineken for 20 plus years with rented vending machines & after installation received the following testimonial:

Four new top of the range Cimbali Bean to Cup & fresh milk coffee machines have been installed at P&G’s Egham site making some 40,000 high quality drinks a month for the staff. Hallmark have serviced the site for over 20 years & now rent the new machines thus keeping costs to a minimum. Staff have been delighted with the quality & taste of the drinks produced.
Following the success of the Caffe Praego range of coffees introduced at the beginning of 2011, Hallmark have now completed new packaging for the beans, ground & instant coffees. The new bags are fully branded giving details of where the coffee is sourced and to protect the environment the bag is aluminium free. Because the coffee is sourced from plant to roast to bag, in less than six weeks, the coffee remains extremely fresh for 6 months in the specially designed bags.
Hallmark have today unveiled a completely new website designed, to be very easy to navigate, but which includes all the types of important information that customers & consumers need. During the building of the site, Hallmark spent a great deal of time researching to ensure the website would prove popular with clients & prospective clients alike. Particular emphasis has been put on our environmental & community work in Rwanda & Africa, as well as detailing a vast range of vending machines available on rental & superior service delivery.
Hallmark have taken over the vending service & installed 2 x new Bean to Cup, 2 x new snack & can machines & 2 x new water machines over two floors. The new high quality Caffe Praego & Pfunda tea drinks produced in paper cups have been very well received & staff love the provenance of where the beans & tea are sourced from. Hallmark’s environmental & community work in Rwanda have proved very popular with staff on site.
BNP Paribas went out to the market in September this year to source new Bean to cup machines for their offices in Basingstoke & Bristol. Hallmark were chosen to supply all new Coffetek machines, with special design graphics showing the Pfunda tea plantation & quotes from the plantation workers. The new Caffe Praego & Pfunda Tea drinks, dispensed in paper cups have been very well received by staff with record sales in the first month.
