Our team of engineers are all fully trained on every machine we supply. They are qualified in their chosen fields and have attended the relevant manufacturer’s courses. They receive refresher training annually.
We can provide technical service through a fully comprehensive contract that includes call out, parts and labour for a small weekly cost. Alternatively we can offer technical service on a call out basis.
Our call centre can receive your breakdown request by telephone, fax or email and we will keep you up to date with our engineers Estimated Time of Arrival.
Our typical call out time currently is between 2 and 4 hours.
We keep a large quantity of spare parts both in the warehouse and in the engineers vans, which ensures minimum delay and disruption in getting your machine working again.
