It is imperative that we ensure that you have the right service level for you. You can choose from a self operated service (where you fill and clean the machines yourself) or a fully managed service (where we undertake all filling and cleaning of the machines for you).
In both instances we provide a maintenance back up service including all parts and labour in case of a machine malfunction. If you decide to fill and clean the machines yourselves we can wholesale the products and ingredients for the machines to you directly on a next working day delivery service.
Our team of engineers are all fully-trained on every machine we supply. They are qualified in their chosen fields and have attended the relevant manufacturer’s training courses. They receive refresher training with each manufacturer, annually.
Our call centre can receive your breakdown request by telephone or email and we will keep you up to date with our engineers Estimated Time of Arrival.
Our typical call out time currently is between 2 and 4 hours of you placing your service call.
We keep a large quantity of spare parts both in the warehouse and in the engineers vans, which ensures minimum delay and disruption in getting your machine working again.
We have our own operations team that can visit your machines on a daily basis to clean and replenish with stock, whether it be coffee in your drinks machine or snacks, confectionary and cold drinks.
We believe that vending machines should always look spotless and our operations team take great pride is ensuring our very high standards are fulfilled every day. This ensures consumers are happy to buy our products.
All of our team have been fully trained to AVA quality standards and all wear a standard Company uniform. As we operate airside at both Heathrow and Gatwick, our teams have also been fully Security Vetted by an outside agency.
We also provide cleaning and re-stocking services for kitchens and meeting rooms.
We only use our own fully-trained teams to install our equipment at client’s premises. Our teams have the SAFE Contractor accreditation to carry out this specialised work. We only use the correct moving equipment to move our machines at both floor level, in lifts and up stairs.
We provide a moving service to our clients as well, if machines need to be moved to another location, either in the same building or to another building or moved to allow cleaning or building work.
Before all machine movements we carry out and provide a full risk assessment to you. Our public liability insurance is £5 million and employee is £10 million.
We have extremely flexible payment options to suit all your finance requirements and our simple and easy to understand agreements, range from 12 months to 5 years with fixed payment terms. Our payment options include:

We also offer our own simple but flexible Rental Agreement whereby we supply vending equipment for a weekly fee (typically lower than a lease or HP cost). We insure and technically maintain the equipment and as we own the machines, we have the flexibility to simply exchange should any problems occur.
We are now able to offer 0% finance on all rented machines, which are taken out on a 2 year agreement.
The rental is direct with Hallmark so you don’t need to deal with third party lease companies. If you rent a hot drinks machine-you could also get a free on loan snack machine to sit alongside.
